Alfredo is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all areas. He gave us a list of everything we needed to look at or do and even some resources to help us accomplish some of the things on that list. My biggest advice to anyone trying to buy a home, don't make any financial decisions, big or small, before talking to Alfredo. He will let you know if what you are planning financially will set you up for success in trying to buy.
