Alfredo at Fiesta Home Loans helped us every step of the way in our first time home buying experience. Most mortgage brokers don't always take the time to help you months before you're ready to buy. Alfredo sat down with us for over an hour, four months before we were even ready to start looking at homes. He helped us know exactly what we needed to do within those four months to set ourselves up for the best possible outcome. There are so many things to think about when you're preparing to buy a home. Alfredo is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all areas. He gave us a list of everything we needed to look at or do and even some resources to help us accomplish some of the things on that list. My biggest advice to anyone trying to buy a home, don't make any financial decisions, big or small, before talking to Alfredo. He will let you know if what you are planning financially will set you up for success in trying to buy.
